Key Steps
1. Accessing Client Information
Navigate to the client's list in the management system.
Click on the name of the client you wish to view.
2. Reviewing Client Details
Check important client details such as:
Start date of therapy
Client's last name
Date of last completed session
Date of next booked session
Status of assigned homework
Client's email and phone number.
3. Confirming Session Completion
Ensure that the session is marked as complete by approving the session notes.
Note that only approved sessions will appear as completed in the system.
4. Checking Next Session Details
Review the next session information, whether booked by the client or by you.
5. Managing Consent for Note-Taking
Check if the client has marked consent for automatic note-taking.
If consent is not marked, you can update it immediately after discussing with the client.
6. Accessing Client Summary
View a summary of discussions with the client, which is available on their profile.
7. Viewing Emergency Contact Information
Access the client's emergency contact details by clicking on the relevant section.
8. Reviewing Session History
Click on the session history link to view all past sessions with the client.
9. Accessing Client Profile from Upcoming Sessions
During an upcoming session, use the 'View Client Profile' button to access detailed client information.
10. Accessing Client Profile from Session Notes
You can also view the Client Profile from the session notes section for quick reference.
