of 20+ research papers from western countries suggest that sharing parts of patient notes with the clients and give between session activities (homeworks) after each session in a digital or written format helps clients adhere to therapy better. If there is one thing all quality therapists are looking to do is to figure out how to create better therapy outcomes for their clients.

In fact, clients choose therapists who share therapy notes 62.5% of the time while selecting who to go to therapy with, according to these research.

But what do Indian therapists and clients think?

Do they agree. Yes and no!

More than 50% do want to see their notes in some format, but not as high as western countries. But more than 70% do want detailed homework instructions.
