Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Annual Subscriptions (Therapist Users): Refund requests are accepted only within 14 days of the initial purchase. If made within that window, a full refund, minus applicable taxes, is issued. After 14 days, no refunds are possible, but you retain access until the subscription ends.

  • Monthly Subscriptions (Therapist Users): You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds after the initial 14-day window.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some items are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time services, individual sessions, or consultations.

  • Discounted, promotional, or trial subscriptions once activated.

  • Fees paid for custom service add-ons or special features.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email our support team at hello@zensible.in with your order number and reason for the request.

  • We’ll respond to your complete request within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Process

  • To cancel your subscription, simply go to Account Settings → Cancel Subscription within the Zensible platform. Alternatively, email hello@zensible.in for assistance.

  • After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your billing period.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect such changes. Any material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notification and take effect immediately upon posting.
