  • Yes, Zensible is fully secure. We have implemented strict security measures and controls to protect the data we collect. We meet all the standards required for DPDP act in India and HIPAA in the US. We are in the process of obtaining these certifications.

  • Yes, you can record both online and offline sessions. For online sessions, we suggest you have the client voice on your laptop’s speakers instead of headphones or earphones.

  • Yes of course! For face to face sessions, we recommend you use your phone to do the recording. You can keep the phone in the session room, set to record. The phone screen can be off to minimise distraction, but the recording will still happen.

  • Not a problem. If a client does not want the session to be recorded, we recommend you do not continue with recording. At the same time, after the session, you can record your summary into Zensible prototype and the notes will still be generated.

  • For the prototype we expect the mental health professionals to obtain verbal client consent. In the actual app, which is still in the works, we will have an explicit client consent form.

  • Yes, Zensible has an android app that you can use to record your sessions.

  • Yes, just open our prototype on your favorite browser and you can record sessions.
    When the actual app goes live, we will have a special app you can install for iPad/iPhone.

  • Zensible automatically removes client’s personal details from the recording including their names or location etc, so that the identity of the person in the session is private. We also request you to name the sessions with the client’s initials and not by their name, even partial ones.

  • Yes, of course. Automatic note taking is used by many experienced therapists, with more joining every week. It allows for therapists to effectively engage with clients during the session without worrying about noting down everything that is relevant.

  • Currently, in the prototype, clients cannot have direct access to the notes. You can copy the sections you want to share with clients. In the app that is being developed, you can automatically choose sections you want to share with clients and it will be shared through the app.

  • Yes - you are fully incharge of your data. If you want to delete everything or part of the data in your account, you can send a request to hello@zensible.in. We will delete the data within 7 days of receiving your request.
