1.1   Data Collected

The App records audio conversations for the purpose of generating text-based summaries. The app also collects the name and email address of users who sign up. However, it is designed to ensure privacy by NOT capturing:

·      Client’s name or identifiers

·      Contact details

·      Medical history

·      Any personal or sensitive data

This ensures compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

1.2   Data Storage & Processing

·       No personally identifiable data is stored on external servers or shared with third parties.

·       Once the summary is generated, the original recording is automatically deleted

2.        Data Security

·      As the App is in its prototype stage, users acknowledge that absolute security cannot be guaranteed

·      Users are responsible for ensuring their device security while using the App

·      The App follows industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

3.        Third-Party Access

·      We do not sell, share, or distribute session data to third parties.

·      No advertising, analytics, or external data processing is applied

4.        Updates to This Policy

·      We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
