Setting Up Your Session Types and Pricing

This SOP outlines the steps to set up various session types and their pricing in the system, ensuring clarity and consistency for team members.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Session Types and Pricing
Navigate to the 'Session Types and Pricing' section in the system.
Review the list of predefined session types provided by Zensible.
Step 2: Add Initial Consultation Session
Select 'Initial Consultation' from the predefined session types.
Leave the description as default.
Set the duration to 15 minutes.
Set the price to free.
Click 'Save' to confirm.
Step 3: Add Individual Therapy Session
If offering individual therapy, select that option.
Leave the default description.
Set the price to 1000 rupees.
If applicable, enable multi-participant mode for sessions like couples or family therapy.
Click 'Save' to confirm.
Step 4: Add Custom Session Types
If offering a custom session type not listed, select 'Other'.
Enter a name for the custom session (e.g., 'Art Therapy').
Provide a description (e.g., 'Expressing your emotions through art').
Set the duration (e.g., 90 minutes).
Set the price (e.g., 1500 rupees).
Click 'Save' to confirm.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that all session types are accurately described to avoid confusion.
Double-check pricing and duration before saving to prevent errors.
Tips for Efficiency
