Creating Your Zensible Public Profile 🌟

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to create and publish your public profile on Zensible, ensuring it is professional and informative for potential clients.

Key Steps

1. Access Your Public Profile

  • Navigate to your public profile page on Zensible.

  • This page will be viewed by clients when booking a session.

2. Share Your Profile Handle

  • Copy your Zensible handle to share with clients via social media or your website.

3. Upload Your Profile Picture

  • Choose a clear, professional profile picture.

  • Use the zoom feature to adjust the view as needed.

  • Click 'apply' once satisfied with the picture.

4. Add Your Title

  • Include any titles such as Dr., Mr., or Ms. before your name.

5. Write Your Introduction

  • Create a one-liner introduction about yourself (max 150 characters).

  • Ensure it is engaging and reflects your personality.

6. Fill Out Your Description

  • Provide more details about yourself (max 500 characters).

  • Include years of experience, languages spoken, and specialties.

7. Add Languages Spoken

  • Select from the provided languages or type in any not listed (e.g., Urdu).

8. Specify Your Specialties

  • Choose your areas of focus (e.g., emotional resilience, childhood trauma).

  • If not listed, you can type in your specialty.

9. Select Your Modalities

  • Choose from the supported modalities (e.g., humanistic therapy, CBT).

  • If your modality is not listed, contact support for assistance.

10. Enter License Information

  • If applicable, add your license number and issuing body.

  • If you do not have a license, this step is optional.

11. Add Your Highest Qualification

  • Enter your highest degree and the institution from which you graduated.

12. Provide In-Person Session Details

  • If you conduct in-person sessions, fill in the relevant details.

  • If all sessions are online, this section can be left blank.

13. Enter Your Address

  • If applicable, provide a Google Maps location link for your address.

14. Add Social Media Links

  • Include any relevant social media links in the specified format.

15. Save Your Profile

  • Click 'save' to store your profile changes.

16. Preview Your Profile

  • Click 'preview' to see how your profile will appear to clients.

17. Publish Your Profile

  • If satisfied with the preview, click 'publish' to make your profile live.

18. Update Your Profile

  • Any further changes will revert your profile to draft mode until republished.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure all required fields are filled out before saving.

  • Google Maps and social media links must be in the correct format to be accepted.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Keep your introduction and description concise and engaging.

  • Regularly update your profile to reflect any changes in qualifications or specialties.
