"Affirm" Release Features in Zensible
Objective
A brief overview to effectively utilize the new features released in the “Affirm” version of Zensible for therapists, ensuring clarity in note sharing, transcript access, PDF downloads, and session payment statuses.

2. Shared Notes Indicator
After approving notes, check the Shared Notes Indicator to see which notes have been shared with clients.
Indicators will show:
'Not Shared' for notes not shared with clients.
'Shared' for notes that have been shared.
'Partially Shared' for notes where only certain sections (e.g., subjective part) have been shared.

4. Accessing Full Transcript
Navigate to the transcript section next to the notes section.
Review the full transcript of the conversation with the client, identifying speaker A (therapist) and speaker B (client).
Note that personally identifiable information (PII) has been adjusted to retain important therapeutic details such as time, duration, marital status, and nationality.

6. Downloading Notes as PDF
After approving notes, select the option to export to PDF.
Choose whether to export all information or specific sections (e.g., SOAP notes, focus areas, activity plan).
Click 'Export' to generate the PDF, which will include:
Participant details
Selected SOAP notes
Focus areas and activities
Document names (not downloadable) attached to activities.
7. Checking Payment Status in Session Booking
In the session list, check the payment status for each session:
'Paid' for sessions that have been paid.
'Pending' for sessions awaiting payment.
Note that once a session is created, the payment status cannot be modified by the therapist.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that sensitive information is handled according to privacy guidelines.
Be aware that the ability to modify session payment statuses will be available in a future release.
Tips for Efficiency
Regularly check the Shared Notes Indicator to stay updated on which notes have been shared.
Utilize the PDF export feature to keep organized records of client sessions.
Familiarize yourself with the transcript section to enhance therapeutic discussions.
